About The Role

Nextiva, a global communications platform, is expanding its AI/ML team in Bengaluru. As a Software Engineer (AI/ML), you will create cutting‑edge generative AI and NLP solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will work onsite with cross‑functional teams, driving innovation, optimizing models, and delivering scalable AI products that power Nextiva’s conversation‑centric services.

Responsibilities

Design and implement generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs, transformers) for business use cases.

Develop, train, and deploy NLP pipelines for text processing, semantic extraction, and language understanding.

Optimize model performance, conduct experiments, and monitor production models.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI solutions.

Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and AI best practices.

Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Hands‑on experience building and deploying NLP/Generative AI models at scale.
Solid understanding of deep learning, transformers, and language modeling techniques.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field, 2020‑2024 passout.
