About The Role

Scout AI, a fast-growing Bangalore-based startup, is launching its flagship AI product, Scout. As an AI Demo Engineer you will craft intelligent, multi-step demo agents, build a reusable demo library, and tailor solutions for key prospects, directly influencing sales outcomes. You’ll collaborate with sales engineers, define demo processes, and continuously optimize proof-of-concept deployments, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s market impact.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI workflows for the Scout demo platform.
Build and maintain a reusable library of standard demo agents with documentation and golden data.
Create prospect-specific agents and customize demo templates to meet individual sales opportunities.
Diagnose POC usage, tune agents, data and configurations to improve conversion rates.
Define and evolve the operating model and processes for the AI Demo Engineering function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building agentic AI or LLM-driven workflows with tool-calling capabilities.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for large language models.
  • Hands-on experience with Multi-Cloud Platform (MCP) or similar connector frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python (or comparable language) and API integration.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
