About The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer in Hyderabad, you will partner with customers to architect, build, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring seamless automation and driving product innovation while delivering exceptional client value.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with enterprise customers to design and implement integration solutions on the Workato platform.

Develop custom connectors, automations, and workflows using Java/Python/Node.js.

Provide technical guidance during deployment, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Document solution architecture and best‑practice guidelines for internal teams.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
2+ years of software engineering experience building integration or SaaS solutions.
Proficiency in Java, Python or Node.js and strong API (REST/SOAP) knowledge.
Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization.
Excellent problem‑solving and client‑facing communication skills.
