About The Role
Diligent, a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance solutions, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Bengaluru. The role involves migrating corporate governance data, building director questionnaires, performing quality checks and leveraging Excel, databases and AI tools to deliver accurate, scalable datasets for global clients.
Responsibilities
Migrate and transform client corporate governance data into Diligent platforms ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Build and configure Director & Officer questionnaires to capture required stakeholder information.
Run regular data quality checks, validate against source records and correct errors promptly.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, databases and AI tools to manage and optimise large data sets.
Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues and provide progress updates.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience in a data‑focused role such as data migration or analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Practical exposure to relational databases and understanding of data structures.
- Experience using AI‑powered tools for data processing or automation.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with clients.
