About The Role
Suki is a fast‑growing AI‑driven healthcare technology startup based in Bengaluru, building the Suki Assistant that automates clinical documentation. As a Software Engineer II – Backend, you will design and scale microservice‑based solutions, collaborate cross‑functionally, and ensure high‑performance, reliable services that empower clinicians to focus on patient care.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to deliver features
Develop, own and maintain highly scalable distributed services using Golang and Python
Implement microservices architecture and ensure performance, uptime, and code quality
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and create unit and integration tests for all code
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang and Python programming
- Hands‑on experience building microservices and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and automated testing
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems
