About The Role

Prefr, a brand of Dreamplug Technologies, is a fast‑growing fintech platform revolutionizing credit access for India’s digital‑first generation. The team builds end‑to‑end digital loan experiences, leveraging AI, multi‑lender integration and modern web technologies. As a Web Developer, you will create high‑performance consumer‑facing applications, collaborate cross‑functionally, and drive frontend excellence to scale the product nationwide.

Responsibilities

Build and ship high-performance consumer-facing web applications from concept to production

Own end-to-end frontend lifecycle including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and support

Design scalable, reusable components and frameworks to support rapid business growth

Collaborate with product, design, backend and mobile teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Establish frontend engineering best practices and drive performance optimization

Requirements

3+ years of experience building scalable consumer-facing web applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript and Vue.js ecosystem (Nuxt.js, Vue Router, Pinia/Vuex)
Hands‑on experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and Tailwind CSS or similar styling solutions
Understanding of rendering strategies (CSR, SSR, SSG), browser internals and performance optimization
Experience with Node.js and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite)
