About The Role

As a Service Delivery Engineer in Bangalore, you will maintain the reliability and performance of our large-scale infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 uptime, monitoring, incident response, and automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that power millions of transactions daily.

Responsibilities

Ensure 24/7 uptime of core fintech services
Monitor system performance and capacity planning
Respond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis
Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments
Implement and maintain observability and alerting frameworks

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration
  • Strong computer networking knowledge
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Scripting skills in Python or Bash
  • Incident response and troubleshooting expertise
