Responsibilities
Problem Discovery & Solution Design
Engage directly with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leaders, and other key decision-makers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design AI-powered solutions
Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to drive business growth and transformation
Work closely with executive teams to deploy AI into core business systems
Design, build, and scale production-grade AI solutions
Operate alongside clients to move from strategy to execution
Provide strategic oversight, governance, and perspective across complex enterprise environments
Requirements
- AI-Native Engineers with expertise in designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI solutions
- Strong understanding of AI systems and their applications in various industries
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
