About The Role
Join Stripe's Internal System Org as a Financial Enablement team member to empower mission-critical financial domains and drive revenue growth through data analytics and operational efficiency enhancements.
Responsibilities
Perform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, build visualizations, all to deliver objective, critical insights that fulfill team stakeholders’ business needs
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance & Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User billing, Seller System, and Sales Ops teams, to align on financial goals and drive revenue growth
Be the data strategy partner for our business stakeholders
Reconcile complex dataset across complex finance systems
Coordinate cross-functional projects to identify and drive operational efficiencies that support our stakeholders ability to run more efficiently and effectively
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to help define product requirements
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
