About The Role
Bluevine is looking for a Data Engineer II to join their team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects, designing and implementing data pipelines, and developing monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to develop features for analytical decisions and ML models
Build data processing pipelines
Develop monitoring tools
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects
Design and implement data pipelines to support business needs
Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
