About The Role

Beghou Consulting, a global service‑based firm specializing in life‑sciences analytics, is establishing an AI‑native operating model in Bangalore. The AI Automation Engineer will design and deliver AI‑driven workflow automations, integrate them with enterprise systems, and ensure measurable impact, working closely with a fast‑moving AI innovation team to accelerate client consulting services.

Responsibilities

Build AI-enabled versions of consulting workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Python, n8n, and modern agent frameworks.
Prototype quickly and deliver a working version in days, then iterate with consulting teams.
Instrument automations to measure usage and quantify time saved, owning 1–2 delivery accelerators annually.
Integrate solutions with Beghou systems (SharePoint, GitHub, Azure) following AI governance rules.
Document architecture, prompts, limitations and support end‑users during early rollout.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs (Claude, Codex, OpenAI).
  • Hands‑on experience building automation workflows using n8n, VS Code or similar orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to integrate with cloud platforms (Azure) and version control systems (GitHub).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field, 2020‑2024 passout.
