About The Role

Beghou, a leading life sciences analytics firm, is expanding its AI operations in Bangalore. The AI Platform & Security Engineer will own the AI infrastructure layer, ensuring secure, governed, and scalable deployment of enterprise AI services such as Claude and ChatGPT. This role collaborates with AI Innovation, IT, Cloud Engineering, and Governance teams to enable responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage enterprise configurations and governance for AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and future AI services.
Secure and govern MCP servers, connectors, and AI integrations across the organization.
Evaluate new AI tools and agents through technical security reviews and risk assessments.
Build and automate governance controls that translate policies into enforceable technical standards.
Own AI platform administration, including identity, access, permissions, and platform configuration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong experience with AI platform management and security governance.
  • Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) and cloud security best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI services (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) and deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
