About The Role

Beghou, a global analytics and technology firm serving life‑sciences companies, is expanding its Pune team. As an Associate in Data Warehouse, you will design robust data architectures, streamline ETL processes, and deliver actionable insights for pharmaceutical datasets. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure data governance, and support client projects, driving data‑driven decision making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end‑to‑end data warehouse solutions for life‑sciences clients.
Optimize ETL pipelines and ensure database performance and data quality.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead implementation.
Implement data governance best practices and provide training to internal teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication for DW projects.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python/Java for data manipulation and scripting.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
