About The Role

Beghou Consulting, a global life‑sciences analytics firm, is expanding its AI‑native operating model in Bangalore. As an AI Automation Engineer you will build and deploy AI‑driven workflow automations that accelerate consulting delivery, integrate with enterprise tools, and generate measurable efficiency gains. You’ll collaborate with a fast‑moving AI team, prototype solutions quickly, and support end‑users, driving tangible impact for clients and the business.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI‑enabled automation solutions for consulting workflows using Claude Code, Codex, n8n, Python and agent frameworks.
Prototype, test and ship functional automation agents within days, iterating based on consultant feedback.
Instrument and monitor automations to capture usage metrics and time‑saved insights.
Integrate solutions with Beghou’s enterprise stack (SharePoint, GitHub, Azure, LLM endpoints) adhering to governance policies.
Document architecture, prompts and limitations, and provide support during rollout.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLM‑based development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor).
  • Hands‑on experience building RAG or agent‑based automation pipelines (n8n, orchestration layers).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure) and version control (GitHub) for enterprise integration.
  • Ability to prototype rapidly and deliver production‑ready code within tight timelines.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to work with consulting teams.
