About The Role
Join TEGNA's HR Operations & Technology team as a People Analytics Analyst to blend people analytics, business intelligence, data automation, and emerging AI capabilities to help leaders make data-driven workforce decisions.
Responsibilities
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
Define, document, and standardize key people metrics and reporting methodologies across the organization.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools; use APIs to automate and connect data sources.
Requirements
- Technical skills in Power BI, Snowflake, Python, APIs, and AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
