Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable banking technology solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Communicate technical ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and containerization
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
