Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
Work with Support and Technical Account Managers to resolve complex technical issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Contribute to the development of new features and products
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and security solutions
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
