About The Role

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered dialer features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into workflows
Analyze customer conversations to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI performance
Develop and maintain high-quality AI models to resolve customer issues
Work with data scientists to integrate machine learning algorithms into the platform
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and customer experience
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
