About The Role
Drivetrain is a remote-first company that empowers businesses to make better decisions through its financial planning & decision-making platform. We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team and create elegant, accessible, responsive and interactive interfaces.
Responsibilities
Work closely with design, product and engineering teams to create elegant, accessible, responsive and interactive interfaces.
Handcraft UI/UX designs into prototypes, create awesome interactions, write reusable components and address performance issues of the product.
Work on complex yet performant, deep yet elegant frontend components like a data visualisation system to create beautiful charts/tables and a spreadsheet-inspired business modelling system.
Help set up processes to guarantee the long-term success of Drivetrain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
