About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly business review decks, setting up and maintaining KPI dashboards, and building proactive monitoring systems for anomaly detection and early warning.
Responsibilities
Own weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly business review decks
Set up and maintain KPI dashboards, product funnels, capex trackers, and north-star metric frameworks
Be the single source of truth for business performance
Build proactive monitoring systems for anomaly detection and early warning
Track 25+ primary metrics cut by product, cohort, time, and user segment
Diagnose root causes and propose resolution
Run funnel, cohort, and user behavior analysis on the portfolio user base
Identify high-propensity user segments and work with product/growth teams to activate them
Support product decisions with data, including A/B experiments and feature adoption analysis
Identify data-led opportunities to improve product cross-sell and business volumes
Build P&L and ROI models to evaluate new product launches, campaigns, and partnerships
Prepare monthly investor update packs, ad-hoc data briefs on product performance, and materials required for fundraising conversations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
