About The Role
Mindtickle is hiring a Specialist, Information Security and Privacy to join our Information Security and Privacy team in Pune. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, technical security, and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
Own the operational backbone of compliance programme across SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA
Manage controls, prepare for audits, and work directly with engineering teams on vulnerability remediation
Build automated compliance workflows using Python-based applications and AI-assisted agents
Collect audit evidence, surface control gaps, and keep stakeholders proactively informed
Reduce manual effort and enable the team to stay ahead of its obligations at scale
Requirements
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA
- Experience with security advisory and vulnerability remediation
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Ability to work with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
