About The Role
Conga is hiring an Associate Software Engineer to provide technical support for CRM products. The role involves troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Provide Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products
Understand, evaluate, troubleshoot, debug, identify root cause, and resolve issues/address customer needs in a timely manner
Handle errors, user issues, and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using Conga products
Help customers use Conga products most effectively
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM products and software development
