Prodigal is building AI Agents for loan servicing and collections. As an intern, you'll work on enterprise accounts, learn how customers' businesses run, and translate that understanding into precise AI agent requirements.

Work on enterprise accounts

Understand call flows, agent talk-tracks, compliance constraints, and telephony, payment, and CRM systems
Translate understanding into precise AI agent requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Ability to work with enterprise software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
