About The Role
Join Neuralink's BCI Applications Team as a Software Engineer Intern and contribute to developing brain-computer interface software systems that enable people with paralysis to control computers and devices with their minds.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clinical trial participants to comprehend their requirements
Engineer brain-computer interface software systems that deliver exceptional user experiences
Take the lead in creating innovative applications
Implement new features and resolve existing issues to enhance the overall functionality of the software
Develop, test, and validate software systems
Work with cross-functional teams to design new BCI functionalities and novel computer user interfaces
Work with study participants to iterate on and further refine the software
Design and implement algorithms to decode brain activity
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java
- Experience with software development and testing
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
