About The Role
Join Neuralink's Robot Manufacturing Team to contribute to the production and scaling of advanced surgical robotic systems. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on process development, efficiency improvement, and quality control.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing Process Support: Assist the team in the assembly, testing, and documentation of robotic components and systems.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing workflows to increase throughput, reduce errors, and enhance product quality.
Documentation and Control: Help create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with quality systems.
Tooling and Fixture Design: Work on the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and production aids to streamline assembly and inspection tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
Eligibility Checklist
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field, 2024-2026 passout.
