Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to test the platform effectively across multiple versions and tight timelines.
Conduct both automated and manual testing as part of a global QA team.
Write automated tests using C# along with web automation frameworks like Playwright.
Communicate platform issues and testing results with leadership, developers, and other departments.
Document testing results and create reports for leadership to track release readiness.
Requirements
- Certification in Quality Assurance (Automation). / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 0–2 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both onshore and offshore audiences.
- Knowledge of databases, enterprise systems, web applications, and software QA best practices.
- Understanding SDLC using Agile or other lean methodologies.
- Basic software development knowledge: OOPs concepts and along with data types, variables, loops, exception handling, or strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple sources to develop testing plans.
- Proficiency in Windows computing (e.g., finding local IP, using Command Prompt).
- Strong desire to deliver excellent user experience and high-quality software.
- Analytical mindset with a detective approach to software testing.
- Familiarity with Windows services, networking concepts, APIs, and testing fundamentals.
