Responsibilities

Support customers in integrating and using Bitmovin products within their video streaming workflows

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers

Perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions or workarounds

Act as the technical point of contact for post-sales customer support activities

Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical advisor

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support strategic and growth-focused customer accounts

Advocate customer needs internally and provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams

Deliver technical recommendations, guidance, and training to customers when required

Contribute to improving customer experience and product adoption

Requirements

Experience in software development using JavaScript or Java
Foundational knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or Python
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Passion for customer interaction and service-oriented problem resolution
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
Interest in video streaming technologies and customer-facing engineering roles
