About The Role
Rubrik is looking for a Product Manager to join the Deployed Platforms team, focused on the infrastructure that powers our on-premises and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
Own product roadmap areas across cluster lifecycle management, networking, and supportability
Define and prioritize features for cluster deployment, onboarding, upgrades, and day-to-day operations
Lead improvements to cluster health monitoring, alerting, and observability
Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand pain points and translate them into product priorities
Partner with Engineering, UX, Documentation, and Release Management to execute on the roadmap
Work with field and support teams to identify top supportability issues and drive measurable reductions in support cost
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical domain, preferably in infrastructure, platform, or systems software
- Strong technical foundation — comfortable engaging in architectural discussions around cluster management, monitoring, networking, software upgrades, and distributed systems
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating field feedback into product direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and can drive workstreams independently while collaborating across functions
