Responsibilities
Develop strong expertise in Alloy’s platform, APIs, and the identity and fraud landscape.
Deliver product demonstrations for select upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build customized demo environments and product demonstration experiences.
Support and execute proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) exercises.
Work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to answer technical questions and unblock customer use cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Support, or a similar role supporting technical products.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
