Responsibilities

Work as part of a cross-functional Scrum team to develop and support software products

Execute manual testing and build automated test suites for new features and regression testing

Design and develop automation frameworks, utilities, and reusable testing libraries

Perform UI testing, API testing, database validation, and deployment verification activities

Participate in feature discussions and provide quality-focused feedback to developers and product owners

Configure and maintain testing environments for validation of new software releases

Analyze customer-reported issues and support troubleshooting efforts

Collaborate with R&D, support, and services teams to improve product quality and reliability

Monitor QA effectiveness and recommend process improvements throughout the SDLC and STLC

Requirements

Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks
Knowledge of API automation using RestAssured, Karate, or JMeter
Experience in Java, Python, SQL, or Shell scripting
Understanding of test infrastructure setup and automation best practices
Familiarity with Git version control systems
Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to write complex SQL queries
Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
