Responsibilities

Assist with software development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities
Write basic code and scripts for internal tools, applications, and technical projects
Support code reviews while learning secure coding and version control practices
Help collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data for reports and dashboards
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues
Support cloud infrastructure management, automation initiatives, and DevSecOps activities
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline support and application deployment processes
Assist with project coordination, technical documentation, research, and reporting tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or currently pursuing a technical education program
  • Less than one year of professional experience in a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of software development, IT support, networking, or data analysis concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Interest in software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IT operations
  • Willingness to work under the guidance of experienced professionals and mentors
