Responsibilities

Design and enhance the architecture of global payment systems and services

Combine payment domain knowledge with software engineering expertise to improve platform scalability and reliability

Develop disaster recovery, fault tolerance, and service degradation strategies for critical system components

Build cross-region resilience capabilities to ensure uninterrupted payment services during infrastructure failures

Analyze business workflows and system dependencies to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks

Support stable operations during high-traffic events such as major global shopping and promotional campaigns

Introduce innovative technologies and architectural improvements based on business requirements

Collaborate with multiple teams and lead cross-functional technical initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
Strong programming experience with high-concurrency and large-scale backend systems
Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Go, Python, C++, or Shell
Understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and service reliability concepts
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to work in fast-paced and complex technical environments
