Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using Salesforce technologies and engineering best practices

Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components

Configure Salesforce features including Lightning Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Flexi Pages

Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, and Apex callouts

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities

Ensure software security, scalability, performance, and maintainability

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to technical innovation initiatives

Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce development and customization
Knowledge of Salesforce security, access management, data modeling, and visibility controls
Proficiency in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous Apex
Experience with Git, Salesforce deployments, and development tools such as VS Code and Developer Console
Understanding of software development lifecycle, secure coding practices, and unit testing methodologies
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
