Responsibilities

Analyze application logs, operational metrics, and system data to identify issues and performance patterns
Collaborate with engineering teams to triage bugs and support tickets effectively
Assist in debugging, resolving software issues, and improving application reliability
Contribute to bug fixes and the development of new software features
Maintain clear documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in internal knowledge bases
Work closely with QA, Operations, and Engineering teams for seamless issue resolution
Support testing and automation efforts to improve software quality
Participate in continuous improvement of software systems and engineering workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in software development and building a long-term engineering career
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
  • Understanding of software systems, debugging, and testing concepts
  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn modern technologies
