Responsibilities

Support sales and solutions engineering teams during technical evaluations and customer engagements

Assist in setting up and managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for Fastly’s platform solutions

Help prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and customer documentation

Analyze customer websites and traffic patterns to identify performance and security improvements

Support security analysis activities, including reviewing logs, metrics, and configurations

Collaborate with senior engineers to align technical solutions with customer requirements

Participate in improving internal tools, templates, and pre-sales workflows

Contribute to post-trial reports and value confirmation summaries for customers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields
0–2 years of experience in technical support, consulting, pre-sales, or internships
Understanding of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and web servers
Familiarity with networking protocols and security concepts
Good analytical thinking and critical problem-solving abilities
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Interest in cloud computing, web performance, and cybersecurity technologies
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
