Responsibilities

Conduct data-driven reviews of credit and operational processes to identify process gaps and compliance risks
Perform validation and analytical assessments related to business risks and operational controls
Support monitoring of risk exposure against organizational risk appetite guidelines
Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Python and SQL for efficient risk monitoring
Collaborate with governance teams to escalate and address risk-related concerns
Contribute to the development and improvement of risk management policies and frameworks
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable business insights and recommendations
Support regulatory compliance and operational risk management initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Banking, or related fields
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently on complex and unstructured tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis concepts
  • Understanding of operational risk, credit risk, or regulatory compliance concepts
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful insights
