Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support for customer and platform-related issues
Troubleshoot software, platform, and user-reported technical problems
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution
Assist customers with platform usage, configuration, and technical guidance
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical processes
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of software applications, web technologies, and troubleshooting concepts
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support workflows
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, or cloud-based applications is beneficial
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hybrid environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and support processes
