Responsibilities

Build and prototype LLM-powered features, including retrieval pipelines and AI agents
Contribute to evaluation frameworks, quality dashboards, and AI testing systems
Develop clean, scalable, and testable Python code for production environments
Debug issues across models, infrastructure, prompts, and data pipelines
Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams during feature development
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions
Monitor and improve reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems
Document learnings, technical solutions, and system improvements for the team

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts through projects, internships, research, or hackathons
  • Proficiency in Python programming and software engineering fundamentals
  • Experience building end-to-end projects involving LLMs or machine learning systems
  • Knowledge of prompting, retrieval systems, agents, fine-tuning, or AI evaluation techniques
  • Understanding of system design concepts, APIs, and scalable architectures
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Bengaluru during the internship period
