Responsibilities

Develop, test, and release product features with high quality and timely delivery.
Design scalable software modules with high availability considerations.
Own features end-to-end from design through production release.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver customer impact.
Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle within Scrum teams.
Support performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in designing and developing scalable software modules.
  • Strong Java programming and object-oriented design skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and software system design capability.
  • Experience with distributed transaction systems or asynchronous messaging technologies.
  • Understanding of performance trade-offs, load balancing, and high-availability systems.
  • Strong ownership mindset for software quality and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
