Responsibilities

Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure, applications, and distributed systems.

Troubleshoot complex issues across virtual machines, storage, networking, and Kubernetes environments.

Analyze logs and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and failures.

Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python or Go.

Contribute to backend improvements involving APIs, observability, and reliability.

Enhance monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities across systems.

Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive technical improvements.

Support CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

1 to 4 years of experience in software support, cloud engineering, or backend development.
Strong experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Monitoring.
Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting with Bash or Python.
Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and message queues such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
Strong understanding of logs, metrics, and observability tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
