Responsibilities

Build and improve data-intensive dashboards used by engineering teams daily.
Design complex frontend interactions across dashboards, logs, traces, and alerts.
Own major product modules end-to-end from implementation to refinement.
Optimize frontend performance using virtualization, progressive loading, and smart caching.
Reduce unnecessary renders and improve responsiveness in React applications.
Collaborate with founders and backend engineers on product decisions.
Build interfaces that help users resolve production issues faster.

Requirements

  • Strong frontend engineering skills in React and TypeScript.
  • Ability to build complex product interfaces with a performance focus.
  • Strong understanding of frontend system design and component architecture.
  • Deep interest in performance profiling and browser behavior.
  • Strong ownership mindset and self-driven execution ability.
  • Good product thinking and attention to user experience.
