Responsibilities

Administer Power Platform environments across development, testing, UAT, and production stages.
Support governance policies including DLP, environment strategy, naming conventions, and lifecycle standards.
Manage tenant settings, licensing compliance, and capacity allocation.
Maintain Center of Excellence toolkit and governance dashboards.
Configure RBAC access controls and security policies for apps and flows.
Monitor platform health, usage, failures, and operational performance.
Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI issues.
Support ALM pipelines, solution versioning, and CI/CD practices.
Assist with citizen developer enablement and governance documentation.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Good understanding of Power BI administration concepts.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and environment governance.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with developers, business users, and security teams.
