Responsibilities

Provide technical support for enterprise customers using Marketing Cloud and related platform capabilities.
Manage end-to-end issue resolution for customer-reported technical problems.
Investigate, document, prioritize, and escalate complex support cases.
Coordinate rapid resolution of critical business-impacting incidents.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to identify product gaps and improve platform experience.
Guide customers on platform features, implementation practices, and best usage approaches.
Create knowledge base content to improve operational efficiency.
Support peer learning through technical mentoring and collaborative troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or equivalent technical consulting roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including firewalls and web servers.
  • Experience with software programming such as JavaScript, Java, Apex, C, or C++.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to troubleshoot browser-related technical issues.
