Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for Service FACTS and HVDC solutions during pre-sales and requisition stages.

Develop technical proposals, costing templates, and offer documentation for customer requirements.

Analyze client technical needs including scope, performance, scheduling, and system optimization.

Support global regional teams and factories for technical alignment on service offerings.

Participate in customer discussions to define technical solutions for grid systems.

Assist in ticket resolution, root cause analysis, and technical documentation processes.

Support continuous improvement of engineering workflows and service processes.

Contribute to technical procedure drafting and internal documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Strong experience in engineering technology and customer application engineering.
Deep technical knowledge of FACTS and HVDC systems.
Ability to analyze technical problems and support project execution.
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
Ability to work independently in global engineering environments.
