Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and supporting tools.
Act as a subject matter expert for automation strategies, testing tools, and quality best practices.
Collaborate with development and product teams to introduce testing early in the software development lifecycle.
Identify automation gaps and improve testing infrastructure proactively.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Monitor industry trends and recommend modern testing approaches.
Support long-term quality engineering improvements across projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDET or automation-focused quality engineer.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
