This Trainee Software Engineer – MedInsight (Dev) role in Gurgaon offers fresh graduates an opportunity to work on enterprise software, cloud technologies, and healthcare analytics platforms while learning within a globally distributed engineering team 🌍💻.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of Milliman’s mission, products, and engineering processes.

Participate actively in technical training sessions and apply learning to project work.

Learn and contribute to development using the team’s tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Support software development tasks under guidance and gradually take independent ownership.

Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Assist in building and maintaining enterprise healthcare software components.

Contribute to product enhancements and development initiatives in MedInsight systems.

Follow engineering standards and documentation practices.

Requirements

Any Graduate (B.E, B.Tech, MCA) with little or no prior experience.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Understanding of Python, SparkSQL, OOP concepts, C#, and .NET.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic technical understanding of software development concepts.
Highly motivated with strong learning ability and accountability.
Ability to work effectively in distributed global teams.
