Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software quality.

Identify, report, and track software defects through standard testing workflows.

Collaborate with developers to analyze and resolve software issues.

Perform functional, regression, and system testing across applications.

Document test scenarios, procedures, and test execution results.

Support application maintenance and production support activities.

Ensure software solutions meet business and customer requirements.

Contribute to automation initiatives using testing tools and scripts.

Participate in continuous improvement of software quality processes.

Requirements

BE/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Good understanding of SQL and database queries.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiarity with GitHub or version control systems.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or UFT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Interest in application support, testing, and automation.
