Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Lilly’s technology platforms and software products.

Investigate and analyze technical requirements to build efficient IT system capabilities.

Develop prototypes and implement new features using modern development technologies.

Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities including research, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Experiment with new ideas and technologies to improve existing systems.

Document technical processes and maintain development standards.

Support innovation initiatives across technology and digital platforms.

Requirements

BE/BTech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and SDLC concepts.
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Good reasoning, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Interest in experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Strong motivation to learn across the full software engineering stack.
