Responsibilities

Implement tasks within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including coding, testing, and deployment activities.
Follow established internal standards, coding conventions, and development procedures.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads to understand requirements and technical solutions.
Contribute to backend development of scalable and reliable payment systems.
Participate in code reviews and design discussions to improve software quality.
Apply best practices in software engineering while making technical decisions.
Troubleshoot issues and support debugging during development and testing phases.
Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth feature delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and backend systems.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and coding best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and project leads.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fintech environment.
