This Technical Support Engineer (Remote) role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, engineering teams, and product stakeholders while helping users resolve technical challenges on Snyk’s security platform.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through email, chat, and GitHub issues.
Investigate and reproduce technical issues reported by users.
Analyze product behavior and dive into the codebase to identify root causes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding issue resolution progress.
Track recurring user feedback and contribute insights to product improvement discussions.
Improve customer support processes to enhance service efficiency and response time.
Create documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for common issues.
Build internal tools, dashboards, or integrations to improve the Customer Success workflow.
Maintain strong relationships with both enterprise and self-service users.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for helping users and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Logical problem-solving approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore technical challenges.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, open-source software, or developer tools.

  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.
